Consult
Our process begins with an in depth consultation to understand how our clients wish to use technology in their project. By gaining a clear picture of their needs and wants we can assess the challenges ahead and best approach.

Design
Working closely with architects and project managers or directly with clients, our design and engineering team produce detailed drawings for construction on projects of any scale.

Supply
There is no need to source equipment from third parties as AVL are authorized dealers for the most reliable brands in our industry. We have spent years going to trade shows, visiting manufacturers factories, and testing the products we use to ensure they meet our very high standards. We honour the manufacturer’s warranty in the BVI and provide the highest level of support available on all our dealer products.

Install
AVL has a large team of experienced installers. The installation process involves four stages: first we rough in the conduit, then we carefully pull all the cable. Next we terminate and qualify everything using precision tools and equipment, and finally we mount the hardware in a way that hides all the cabling.

Support
Our responsibility doesn’t end when the construction is complete. AVL remains available to provide maintenance, troubleshooting, upgrades and full technical support whenever clients need it.
